Named for Chef Sean’s great Grandmother and based on her cake named for a certain favorite candy bar, the Coconut Joy is a decadent pie with a layer of the luscious coconut cream, a layer of toasted almonds, and a layer of our chocolate pot de cream, topped with house made whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings, toasted coconut and toasted almonds, this pie is a treat to eat!
