Our pot pies are sold unbaked. Please keep them refrigerated until you are ready to cook them. They can be frozen as well to preserve them for up to 6 months.

Conventional Oven Cooking Thawed Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°. Place unwrapped pot pie on a cookie sheet or half sheet pan, and place on the middle rack of your oven. Cook for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350° and bake 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°, and the top is golden brown. Convection oven, reduce temperature to 350°/ 325°
Conventional Oven Cooking Frozen Instructions: Allow frozen pie to thaw fully in the refrigerator. Follow directions above. Cooking from frozen can cause an over cooked top and an undercooked middle.
